This year, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British monarch to celebrate a platinum jubilee, after 70 extraordinary years of service.
As part of the celebrations to mark her historic reign, the Royal Family have joined with Fortnum and Mason to launch the Platinum Pudding competition.
This is an opportunity for you to create a dessert that will become a symbol of the jubilee and will be enjoyed at street parties across the country, by the Queen herself, and by generations to come.
The competition is open to all residents aged 8 and above and closes on 4 February. The five finalists will also have the opportunity to prepare their pudding for an expert judging panel, which will include Dame Mary Berry, Monica Galetti and Buckingham Palace Head Chef Mark Flanagan.
