Music festivals, trade and business events will be getting a boost from the Government’s new events insurance scheme next month, worth over £750 million.
Designed to support live events right across the country - from local fairs to music festivals to business events - the scheme will give events companies the reassurance they need to plan ahead for the coming months. It will be one of the only insurance schemes in the world to cover such a wide range of events.
Music in particular is such an important part of our cultural identity, I am looking forward to seeing our favourite bands back on the main stage again.
