Fantastic news that Surrey County Council, alongside four other anti-ULEZ councils, has won the first stage of the legal battle against the Mayor of London's expansion of the scheme.
The High Court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence that the Mayor's ULEZ expansion plans may be unlawful. This is a huge first win for those of us who are against the ULEZ expansion and we will continue to campaign against it every step of the way.
