Fab networking meeting with my Friendship Project groups this morning - giving everyone an update on the bid process and discussing a range of issues from social proscription to transport to help with technology.
I've raised nearly £9,000 to help fund the wonderful groups working to reduce loneliness in East Surrey, and grants will start to be distributed shortly. If you know of a group who might like to apply for a grant, please ask them to contact me on [email protected] and I'll send them all the information they need - bids close on Friday 3rd November.
