Honoured to have been asked to open the Lingfield Day Christmas Fair alongside Mark Carter from the BBC on Saturday. It was a true joy to hear the choir of brilliant pupils from Lingfield and to see Santa arrive on a very impressive carriage with horses.
Huge thanks to Lingfield’s business community for making it such a special day. From Dutch pancakes to the edible Christmas wreaths made by BakesbySam they truly had something for everyone — even a very popular ear-cleaning stall!
Michelle Bell from only dogs was the star who has been working since March (!) to make this a reality alongside other local businesses, volunteers and the energetic Clive Jecks. Thank you to all who made it such a special day.
