After speaking with residents from Netherne-on-the-hill, I met with Mark and Nick from Metrobus to discuss the possibility of service through the village after their school bus was cancelled.
We also discussed changes to their route through Smallfield, where the bus leaves just 10 minutes before the end of the school day and doesn’t return for another hour and a half.
I am grateful to Nick and Mark who have assured me that they are committed to looking at these issues and trying to find solutions. I will keep you all updated with any further developments.
