Peak happiness for me is when I’m feeding people, so it was pure joy to have a stall at Gillian Orrow’s cookalong at the Horley Baptist Church on Saturday.
Alongside community champions like Active Prospects and Leader of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Cllr Richard Biggs.
Richard is a dab hand with an air fryer and made some cheese and jalopeno flat-breads and I made some no-cook rainbow wraps with spiced yoghurty carrots, spinach, beetroot and hummus. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
