On Friday, I visited the Caterham Delivery Office to raise some of the concerns you’ve been having in Caterham about not receiving your post on time.
There have been some new hires, which will hopefully help over the Christmas period. However, I’m concerned that the posties’ walks are too long to fully cover both the increasing number of parcels we now receive and regular post. I’ve said I’ll return in the New Year to follow up and see whether the extra hands have made a difference.
